Not really. But for some reason I have those lyrics stuck in my head (with Julie Andrew's voice singing merrily along), so I figured it was a good title for a first post.
As a 30 year old stay-at-home-mom, I spend my days caring for my two daughters (3 and 6 months), often feeling that I lack an outlet to display the happenings of my life. So (after a few white russians), my husband started this blog for me.
I have yet to figure out how I'll use it, but I often feel more confident about myself as a mother when I'm able to help friends workout issues with their kids...so maybe we'll go down that road; Or maybe it will become a place where I can vent, or write down my ideals for my family (since I often forget them quickly in the hub-bub of the day); Maybe I'll come across some great advice I don't want to forget, or have a place to chronicle recipes.....we'll just have to wait and see.
